Some would have you believe that inquisitions and forced conversions under pain of torture and death are crimes of religious intolerance from the distant past. However, these atrocities were perpetrated against Orthodox Christians by the Roman Catholic Church as late as the 1940s and this has been documented by pictures, official records, and eye-witness testimonies.
